What are House Seats?

House Seats are seats/tickets reserved by the production. These seats/tickets are available for purchase by company members and other folks within the industry. The house seats are in prime locations (typically located in the center orchestra or front row of the mezzanine) for a special price.

How To Purchase House Seats

All House Seat orders are processed electronically via an online form. Do NOT visit the box office to purchase House Seats. Do NOT email your credit card information to Company Management. If you have additional questions about house seats before submitting an order through the form, you may email the house seat email at AndJulietHouseSeats@RciTheatricals.com.

-          If someone other than you is submitting this form, they need to indicate in the “AFFLIATION TO THE PRODUCTION” field that they are affiliated with you. Any order we receive where they do not indicate their affiliation to you risks of being rejected.

When to Purchase

House Seats will be available to purchase starting on the first of the month prior to the month in which performances occur. For example, House Seats for performances during the month of November can be requested starting on October 1.

-          Please allow 2-5 business days for a response to all order requests.

-          Your House Seat/Ticket Confirmation will be sent from our house seat email AndJulietHouseSeats@RciTheatricals.com.

House Seat Prices

The company rate for house seats starts at $199. Please note that the industry rate for house seats will always match the going rate for tickets. As we have dynamic pricing, the pricing is subject to change.

-          To avoid having your guests receive the industry rate, please make certain that you mention “affiliation: YOUR NAME” in the affiliation or comments section of the online form. This will ensure that they receive the company rate of $199 (as of 10.2.22) This is subject to change.

House Seat Restrictions

·         Requests are approved in the order in which they are received electronically via our online form.

·         All requests are limited to a maximum of four (4) tickets. If we can accommodate more than 4 tickets, the first 4 tickets will be at the company rate and any additional tickets will be at the industry rate.

·         All House Seats are released for public sale starting 96 hours (4 days) prior to the performance date. Should you have a request within 96 hours (4 days) of a performance, please visit the box office first before seeking help from Company Management. 

·         We typically request you provide TWO to THREE performance date options when requesting house seats. We will of course always try to fulfill your first preference, but we ask for multiple dates in case your first performance choice does not have availability.

·         Requests for House Seats during Holiday weekends may have additional limitations.

·         All House Seat sales are final. No exchanges or refunds.
